Welcome to Heritage Coaching! Our passion is to help you discover within yourself beliefs or issues that may be blocking you from getting all that you want out of life! My
mission is to help you achieve your goal to live more of your life in a way that you desire. This is accomplished by helping to find solutions
or new ways of thinking and being that work towards enabling you to achieve that goal.
The coaching approach is based on this fundamental principle: To make sustained progress in life, we all need the assistance of others. In
assisting our clients to make sustained progress toward achieving their goals we help our clients build up their support networks—people
who are genuinely committed to their success.
Many people have very few “safe” people that they can talk to: someone who is truly interested in our welfare and committed to
maintaining our confidentiality. Life Coaching provides clients with a safe place to talk about the things that really matter to them allowing
them to move from feelings of frustrated isolation to confident connection.
Although coaching involves some of elements of psychology, we are not mental health counselors. We work with those who need a little
help push in some areas to reach their potential.
All of our coaching engagements begin with a comprehensive assessment of who you are, who you want to become, and what you want to
achieve in your life. It is an adaptation of Stephen Covey’s principle to “begin with the end in mind.” This approach allows you to develop
specific measurements to let you know how much progress you are making. But even more importantly, it helps you establish milestones
for which we can celebrate your accomplishments.
